Phil brings a lifetime of trade, business and community forum skills to ICS. An entrepreneur at heart, his vision is to build a company that's respected for its commitment to excellence and "wows" its customers.

Phil enjoys finding unique solutions to tough challenges, having conquered significant physical challenges of his own. Recovering from a serious accident many years ago has given him strength of character and a set of values that positively shapes his work with the ICS team and its clients.

One of his great joys each day is personally affirming each member of the team working on the project.
